徐静蕾(シュー・ジンレイ、1974年4月16日 - )は中国の女優、映画監督。

1997年に北京電影学院を卒業しテレビドラマや映画に出演。大ヒット作こそないものの地道にキャリアを重ね、章子怡(チャン・ツィイー)、趙薇(ヴィッキー・チャオ)、周迅(ジョウ・シュン)と共に「四小名旦」(四大若手女優)と呼ばれるようになった。

近年は女優業より映画監督業を優先、彼女のブログは中国で大人気で『(中国の)ブログの女王』と呼ばれるなど才女としても知られる。2007年7月12日には、ブログの累計アクセス数が1億ページビューを達成した[1]。

Xu Jinglei (chino 徐静蕾, pinyin: Xú Jìnglěi, Pekín, 16 de abril de 1974) actriz y directora de cine china.

Se licenció en la Universidad de cine de Pekín en 1997. Junto con Zhang Ziyi, Zhou Xun, y Zhao Wei, los medios de la China continental la consideran una de las Cuatro Pequeñas Flores (chino 四小花旦;, pinyin, sì xiǎo huā dàn), un cuarteto de cineastas jóvenes análogo al Rat Pack. Aunque poco se conoce de ella fuera de China, su importancia local no se puede desestimar, su blog en chino fue el más visitado de internet según Technorati.

Xu Jinglei (born April 16, 1974 in Beijing) is an actress and director most famous in mainland China. Xu graduated from the Beijing Film Academy's prestigious Performance Institute in 1997. Along with Zhao Wei, Zhou Xun, and Zhang Ziyi, the mainland Chinese media considers her a member of the Four Young Dan actresses (Chinese: 四小花旦).

Although not well known outside of China, she is popular domestically: in mid 2006, her Chinese language blog had the most incoming links of any blog in any language on the Internet, according to Technorati.
